Fantastic modern apartment within 2 minutes of Poole Quay. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Good size bedroom with lots of cupboard space, very comfy bed. Nice size bathroom with fluffy towels. Kitchen is extremely well equipped including a coffee machine with fresh coffee beans. Sitting room with comfy sofa and small but adequate dining table and nice to have a small balcony. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Easy to find and covered parking with lift access to apartment. Everything was perfect. No complaints at all

We had a lovely two night stay but could easily have stayed for a week as we were so comfortable. The apartment was perfect, really well equipped with good quality crockery and equipment. It was nicely furnished with a very comfy bed and premium bedding. Importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The was in a great location and the hassle free parking was a bonus. Communication with the owner was prompt and instructions were clear. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. It was all great.

Apartment was in an excellent location near the quay and within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants . Apartment has everything you could possible need for your visit . A perfect base to explore Poole and the surrounding area Nothing. Could not fault the accommodation

Great communication and clear instructions from Bev, with fast response to any questions. Comfortable apartment with very well-equipped kitchen and a Tesco Express a couple of minutes walk away. 15 minute walk from Poole station. Key safe easy to find. Would certainly recommend. Thank you. A minor point - the bathroom was cold and the switch to heated towel rail was outside the bathroom, which Bev clarified promptly. Perhaps some basic instructions left regarding the radiators/towel rail might be helpful?

The whole experience from checking in to arriving and leaving was perfect. The apartment was spotless and had everything plus more you needed. Little treats left and a great coffee machine. The bedding was lush and hubby now wants the same pillows. It is close to some fantastic pubs and restaurants. I cannot fault it at all! This is not a negative but if you are looking for a view from the balcony you will not get one, but the outside area would be lovely just to sit outside in the sunshine as it's very peaceful (we stayed in winter,so no tourists).

Such a clean and lovely apartment, quick to get to the quay. Loved our stay!! Also appreciated the hot chocolate left for us. Host was helpful with communication, good parking and easy to contact. Short drive to other lovely places such as corfe castle and swanage! Would stay again.

This was our second visit to this property. We love the location and love the apartment. Excellent coffee machine and facilities. Love the extra touches of chocolates, biscuits,coffee and toiletries.
